2. Course Enrollment & Requirements

3. Payments & Refund Policy
Course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.
Refunds / Cancellations:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the course date may be eligible for a refund or credit.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the course date are non-refundable.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

If Minuteman Survival Solutions cancels or reschedules a course due to weather, emergencies, or insufficient enrollment, you will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled training date.

4. Safety Policy
Safety is our highest priority. All participants must:

• Follow instructor directions at all times

• Use equipment responsibly

• Treat all firearms as loaded

• Maintain muzzle and trigger discipline

• Wear required protective gear during training

Any participant who breaks safety rules may be removed from training without refund.

By participating in firearms, survival, and medical training, you acknowledge that these activities involve inherent risks, including physical exertion, environmental hazards, and the handling of tools or equipment.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree that Minuteman Survival Solutions is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during training.
A signed liability waiver may be required before attending any course.
